How To Use
1.Using the doppler, dispense one drop of DURALINE directly on the brush or onto the back of your hand. 2.Wet a brush by dipping it into the fluid then blend into any pressed or loose powder eye shadow. 3.Paint the transformed liquid eye shadow onto eyelids or draw along the base of lashes to create a water-resistant eyeliner.
